- Leverage your experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies to provide comprehensive data support and drive business decisions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
- Develop and maintain a reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of all financial reports.
- Create SharePoint folders to organize and streamline data management processes.
- Load raw data into our systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform validation checks on all data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate support.
- Assist in the forecasting process, using your analytical skills to predict financial trends and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance/business analyst role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of business analytics, forecasting, and reporting preparation.
- Experience in data support and validation checks.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a reporting calendar and create SharePoint folders for data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
