We Are Hiring: Finance Manager (US)

Location: Chino Hills, California (Greater Los Angeles Area)

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to serve as a core member of our US team, acting as the vital bridge between our local operations and our global headquarters. If you have a passion for cross-border business, US GAAP, and international operations, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do

Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting, cash flow, AR/AP, and bank management. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and operational data analysis.

Tax & Compliance: Manage US Federal and State tax filings (Sales Tax, Payroll Tax, Corporate Tax). Ensure compliance with local labor laws, business registrations, and government reporting.

Audit & Tax Liaison: Collaborate with US CPAs and external agencies for tax filings and annual audits.

Cross-Functional Operations: Act as the key liaison with our Global HQ (Finance, HR, Admin) to implement policies locally. Assist with US payroll, employee benefits, and general office administration.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3+ years of local US finance experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Solid understanding of US Federal/State tax policies, payroll, and employment laws.

Bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication skills are highly preferred to collaborate effectively with both the US team and Global HQ.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.

Bonus Points: Experience in logistics, supply chain, cross-border e-commerce, or overseas warehousing.
