Position Summary

Florida Vacay Rentals is seeking an energetic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach areas. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives on building connections, generating buzz, and driving measurable results in the vacation rental industry. You'll be the driving force behind our brand presence, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships with local partners and guest communities. From crafting compelling content and managing our digital footprint to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing our vacation rental listings, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and guest experience. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, develop audience targeting and remarketing strategies, and track performance metrics to drive bookings and revenue growth.

Website, SEO & Analytics

Oversee website updates, content optimization, and SEO health. Create and publish blog content, manage lead generation tools, and monitor performance through Google Analytics.

Email Marketing & Guest Communications

Build and deploy guest and owner email campaigns through Mailchimp, maintain contact databases, and develop segmented remarketing campaigns to drive repeat bookings.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Create and manage daily content across Facebook and Instagram, engage with community groups to generate leads, and respond to guest inquiries and comments.

Content Creation & Brand

Design graphics, guest-facing materials, and property signage. Edit walkthrough videos and leverage AI tools to support consistent brand storytelling across all channels.

Listings & Reputation Management

Create and optimize property listings across OTAs and non-integrated platforms, manage photography and photo captions, respond to Google reviews, and maintain relationships with local visitor bureaus.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years website management and social media experience
• Live in Florida within max 4 hour driving distance of New Smyrna Beach/Ormond Beach areas for occasional visits to be familiar with properties in order to market them the best
• Know how to make data driven decisions and create data driven metrics to measure success. Know the data tools to use for vacation rental marketing
• Efficient in all things tech, quick learner with new software
• Proven multi-task, organizational skills
• Brand awareness in all things
• Understand "Integrated Marketing" and be able to implement this strategy throughout Florida Vacay Rentals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
• Creative or design background
• Experience using AI tools to support content and marketing workflows

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

Annual Salary

$60,000 - $75,000

Bonus

• Bonus based on reaching agreed upon metrics, benchmarks related to marketing, social media, bookings, revenue growth.
