Job Responsibilities

• Custom-Tailor Treatment Plans: Assess patient's unique needs and devise individualized therapy strategies aimed at reaching their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance the motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living for your patients.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver all-encompassing and holistic care.
• Patient and Caregiver Education: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapy techniques that promote ongoing progress and support at home.
• Tracking Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on a path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Continuing education opportunities or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensure and Credentials

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
