ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in executive banking. After seeing several friends (and eventually my wife), build successful careers as State Farm agents, I decided to pursue agency ownership myself.

Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in giving our team the support and resources they need to grow while also encouraging independence and ownership of their roles.

Our office has a performance-driven culture with a strong emphasis on coaching and professional development. I'm looking for someone who is growth-oriented, receptive to coaching, and confident taking initiative without needing constant direction. Empathy is also important to us - we want someone who works hard, focuses on solutions, and genuinely cares about the people they serve.
