Now Hiring Welder/Fabricator's in Carlisle, PA! Join a skilled fabrication team building custom flatbed trailers in a fast-paced shop environment. We're looking for experienced welders who can read blueprints, fabricate parts, and perform high-quality MIG welding on heavy steel. What You'll Do Build and fabricate trailers from blueprints Perform MIG/flux core welding (vertical welding experience preferred) Fabricate, fit, and weld heavy steel components Operate plasma cutters, laser cutters, cranes, and material handling equipment Work safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of MIG/flux core welding experience Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills Ability to accurately use tape measures and shop tools Mechanical aptitude and experience working with heavy steel TIG welding experience is a plus Trade school or Vo-Tech training preferred Why Join Us?
