Key Responsabilities:
- Assist with day-to-day procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and vendor communications
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
- Resolve routine supplier issues by coordingating with internal teams and vendors
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to procurement documentation and contract status
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and reports
