Job Description

• 
  Manage daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects in Raleigh.
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
  
  



• 
  Oversee quality control processes to ensure standards are consistently met.
  
  



• 
  Monitor project budgets and work with stakeholders to address any variances.
  
  



• 
  Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams.
  
  



• 
  Communicate project progress and updates effectively to key stakeholders.
  
  



• 
  Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
