Lab AssistantKettering Health Huber l Huber Heights l Full-time l DaysPreferred QualificationsPreferred Education:Completion of a Medical Lab Assistant training program or relevant courseworkPreferred Work Experience:Six months to one year of experience in phlebotomy and/or specimen processing, or equivalent healthcare/laboratory experienceResponsibilities & RequirementsThe Lab Assistant supports laboratory operations by collecting, processing, and preparing specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation to facilitate timely and reliable diagnostic testing. This role contributes to patient care, safety, and operational reliability by following regulatory standards and supporting efficient laboratory workflows. Performs other duties as assigned.
