We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented Health Services Team. Compensation & Shift Details No contract sign‑on bonuses. Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 for full‑time, $1,000 for part‑time, $3,500 for overnight shifts. Shift premium: $1 per hour for overnight shifts. Day shifts available: 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, 4:00 pm–10:30 pm, 6:00 pm–10:30 pm. As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members. Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state. Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment. Ability to provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the “Best Friend’s Approach” to dementia care. Willingness to continue learning, improving skills, and commitment to confidentiality. Stateful patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
