About the Role Join Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson as a Carpet Cleaning Lead Technician . You will lead carpet cleaning projects, train junior technicians, and provide outstanding service to our customers. Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and techniques. Perform deep cleaning services using industry‑standard equipment and solutions. Assess customer needs and provide tailored carpet care solutions. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service. Document and report job progress and customer feedback accurately. Requirements Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Certification in carpet cleaning preferred but not required.
