You will work closely with event managers and other team members to manage logistics, communicate with vendors and attendees, and handle on-site event support.

You will work closely with event managers and other team members to manage logistics, communicate with vendors and attendees, and handle on-site event support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, brochures, and giveaways.
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in event support or related administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
