Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead

Integra LifeSciences seeks a senior Oracle EBS Finance functional lead to support and enhance finance processes across Record-to-Report and Cost Accounting. The role involves hands-on configuration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and SLA
- Support cost updates, reconciliations, period close, journal validation, and finance reporting operations
- Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and support testing and integrations
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable fixes and enhancements
- Identify and implement finance process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting
Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on Oracle EBS Finance functional experience
- Deep knowledge of subledgers, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Inventory integrations
- SQL proficiency and experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Power BI, and financial reporting
- Proven expertise in configuration, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and production support
- Experience with third-party integrations including payments, tax, and data migration
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Compensation: $109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary
