This full‑time role offers $55-$70 per hour , along with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment that values work‑life balance. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, provide clinical guidance to technicians, conduct assessments, and partner with families and professionals to drive client progress. Additional responsibilities include leading training initiatives, monitoring staff performance, and contributing to a positive, team‑focused culture. You may also participate in IEP and IFSP meetings to advocate for clients and ensure continuity of care.
