Restaurant Manager

Overview We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Red Lobster. The role focuses on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction and guiding a high-performing team. Responsibilities Lead restaurant operations to achieve high guest satisfaction. Hire, train and inspire team members to create a fun, safe working environment. Drive sales and constantly improve guest experience. Ensure compliance with all employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Manage performance, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching and discipline. Select and onboard top talent to strengthen the team. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and employees. At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business; 2+ years in casual dining or full-service restaurant preferred.
