Review resumes and forward to hiring managers. Source candidates on social media and online databases. Attends job fair and community events to attract potential candidates. Other job duties as assigned. Job Requirements Prefer Bachelor1s or Associate1s degree and some recruiting or HR experience. Prefer some recruiting or related HR experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
