F&B Supervisor (Outlets & Banquets)

The F&B Supervisor (Outlets & Banquets) assists in overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for supervising and training restaurant staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, coordinating and executing banquet events, and ensuring daily outlet operations run smoothly.

• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Coaching and training restaurant staff.
• Assisting in managing scheduling
• Running banquets as captain to ensure smooth and successful events
