Registered Medical Assistant
Location: In person, must have EPIC experience

Join a busy, upscale women's healthcare practice as a Registered Medical Assistant. You will work alongside a dedicated team to provide exceptional patient care, performing clinical and administrative duties in a supportive environment. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of physician office experience as a Medical Assistant
Must be Certified or Registered
EPIC EMR experience
Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills
Responsibilities:
Verify patient information, take medical histories, and record vital signs
Prepare patients for examinations, assist healthcare providers during procedures
Administer medications and injections as ordered
Schedule appointments, tests, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and handle patient communications
Ensure clinical environment is sterile, organized, and compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies
Support administrative tasks including prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and insurance verifications
