Location and Schedule Location: UCHealth UCHlth MCR North Med Off Bldg, Loveland, CO, US. Department: UCHlth Resource Office. Work schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $44.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend. LOCAL Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles. 13 week assignments available – extension options. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED or Military Trained State Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist registration 1 year experience BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment and supplies. Ensures good working order of equipment and instruments. Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients. Passes instruments to physician during surgery and continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.
