What You'll Do:

• Scheduling multiple stages of the interview process including assessments and on-site interviews.
• Coordinating candidate travel, meals, and interview materials.
• Hosting candidates while they're visiting us on-site.
• Reliably partnering with all employees who participate in the interview process.
• Troubleshooting scheduling issues.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting/HR coordination or project management/calendar management.

• Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexible and willing to adapt to change
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Success operating in a fast-paced, technical engineering and or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Workday and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting in Workday and/or data visualization with PowerBI.
