Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to independently service passenger cars in a garage and service center environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in vehicle maintenance and repairs, with the ability to work autonomously while occasionally traveling locally to meet service needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and diagnostic testing
- Conduct repair work and parts replacement on passenger cars
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Work independently in a garage or service center setting
- Travel locally as required for service calls
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive repair
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with engine repair, brake systems, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics and diagnostic tools
- Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication abilities
