Description: MT license is quick, cheap and easy to obtain. Critical Access Client outpatient/inpatient role with home visits. The unit keeps most of the PT workload in one area, but flexibility is required to work where needs arise. There are three outpatient PT clinics and inpatient needs as well. Staffing may require shifting and covering across areas. New grads may be considered; this is a great opportunity to gain acute care experience. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This role collaborates with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings. Shift availability includes options for 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour shifts, with hours varying from 34 to 40 per week based on census or case load. Weekend requirements are every third weekend. No on-call duty is required. Floating to sister facilities is not required. Block scheduling accommodation may be possible. Locals are accepted. RTO restrictions apply. Daily work will involve interacting with diverse patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The work setting offers broad clinical exposure that is difficult to find in larger specialized systems.
