Quick Lube Service Advisor

Join our team as a Quick Lube Service Advisor (QLSA) at Sun Auto Tire & Service. You will be the primary point of contact for customers requesting quick lube and maintenance services. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor. Starting salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per year plus bonus. Present oil‑change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and diagnostic information. Coordinate customer referrals for full‑service repairs in sister stores. Keep customers informed of service status and completion times. Prepare and present service invoices, process payments, and address billing inquiries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed. Communicate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery. Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs. Ensure the customer waiting area and quick‑lube area are clean, organized, and safe. Address and resolve customer or team member issues promptly. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and demonstrate behaviors consistent with company standards. Qualifications Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment. Valid driver’s license. Minimum age 18. Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service. Organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and multiple tasks. Problem‑solving ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Sales skills to recommend additional services and promotions. Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record‑keeping. Team collaboration ability with lube technicians and other staff. Working Conditions Work primarily in a service garage setting with exposure to weather, noise, and vehicle exhaust. Schedule Full‑time position with potential for weekend and evening shifts.
