Business Development Representative

PINCH is looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — supported by a leadership team that is actively engaged in helping you win. Key Characteristics Entrepreneurial : Creative, proactive, and driven to open new doors Problem Solver : Able to uncover customer needs and present solutions that deliver measurable value Efficient : Focused on the highest-impact activities that maximize growth Customer-Focused : Dedicated to building long-term relationships and trust with decision-makers Responsibilities Plan and execute targeted outreach to high-value prospects in property management, commercial, and multifamily market Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to connect with decision-makers Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position PINCH as the solution Deliver professional demos and presentations to C-Suite executives and key stakeholders Generate and send tailored proposals using PINCH’s sales tools Manage pipeline, log activity in CRM, and maintain consistent follow-up to move deals forward Represent PINCH at conferences and trade shows, networking with prospects and industry leader Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and maximize results Requirements 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (prospecting + closing) Track record of selling to executive-level buyers Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple opportuniti Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences Preferred Experience Prior exposure to property management, facilities services, or janitorial/cleaning industry Experience running a full sales cycle from lead to close Location This is a hybrid/remote role with no geographic restrictions. You may sell into any U.S. market. While Tampa, FL is preferred for ease of training and collaboration with our leadership team, it is not required. Compensation On-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $100,000 +, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
