Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accurate, timely vendor payments Apply customer payments, assist with Accounts Receivable activities, and support billing processes Perform account reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-to-month accounting tasks and general bookkeeping responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and welcoming customers, vendors, and visitors Support accounting leadership with administrative projects and day-to-day operational needs Coordinate office functions, including ordering supplies and assisting with employee engagement activities Help maintain an organized, efficient office while serving as a dependable resource for the team Qualifications Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative accounting experience Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a small office environment where teamwork and flexibility are valued Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr
