You will: Welcome guests with a genuine smile Create and maintain eye contact Speak enthusiastically and make guests feel valued and cared for Look for opportunities to create meaningful and memorable connections Provide fast, accurate, and attentive service Help create a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable restaurant environment Support and encourage your fellow Team Members Live out the vision and values of our restaurant Multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and Team Members Bring a team-first attitude and jump in wherever help is needed Remain adaptable, dependable, and ready to serve in a fast-paced environment Work on your feet for several hours at a time Follow Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code Complete other responsibilities as needed to help the team serve with excellence Who We’re Looking For You don’t have to know everything on day one.
