Position Highlights

• Home Time: Get home most weekends with a 34-hour reset. A couple of times a month you'll take your reset on the road to keep miles and earnings up, but home time stays a priority and we work with you on scheduling.
• Routes: OTR runs with consistent freight and familiar lanes. Steady dispatch keeps you moving and earning every week.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Base Pay: $0.55 per practical mile (top industry rates), calculated on practical miles via PC*MILER.
• Weekly Earnings: Average weekly pay of $1,500$1,700 (gross), including performance bonuses top drivers earn up to $2,000/week.
• Mileage: Drivers average 2,5003,000 miles per week.
• Detention & Layover Pay: Fair compensation for delays and layovers so you're paid for your time.
• Performance Bonus: Earn more for safe driving, fuel efficiency, and hitting revenue targets.
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $800/week minimum, so you always have a stable paycheck.
• Weekly Pay: Steady freight and reliable, on-time weekly pay.

Qualifications

• License: Valid CDL-A (Class A) driver's license required.
• Experience: 35 years of OTR or regional driving experience preferred (we value experienced drivers).
  • Preference for manual transmission experience.
• Endorsements: No endorsements needed just bring your safe driving skills.
• Record: Clean MVR and strong safety record, with a professional attitude on the job.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated you take pride in delivering on time, safely.
