Forklfit Operator
We are hiring experienced 2nd shift Forklfit Operators located in Swedesboro, NJ. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM opportunity, offering WEEKLY PAY, and COMPANY BENEFITS.
Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up reach and sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including moving pallets and materials within the warehouse.
- Use an RF scanner to scan, track, and verify products and inventory movements.
- Stage, organize, and relocate products in designated warehouse locations to support production and distribution needs.
- Inspect forklifts and related equipment before use and report any issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including keeping work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping, receiving, and production support goals.
- 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Mon - Fri
- Overtime available!
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience operating either Sit Down and Reach Truck Forklift
- 5+ years experience within warehouse/distribution

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.64 - $22.64/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
