• Join an established outpatient dental practice providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform preventive, restorative, and routine dental procedures while developing long-term patient relationships
• Practice with strong clinical autonomy supported by an experienced clinical team
• Opportunity to grow within an expanding dental organization with partnership potential
• Four-day work week supporting work-life balance COMPENSATION
• Eligible to earn 30% of production
• $600 Daily Guarantee During The First 3 Months
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Partnership Opportunities Available SCHEDULE
• Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Four-Day Work Week ROLE
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform preventive, restorative, and routine dental procedures
• Complete treatment planning and patient education
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with the clinical support team to deliver quality patient care ENVIRONMENT
