Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedLogistics Coordinator to support daily field operations for a fast growinglandscaping contractor company in Florida. This role is responsible forcoordinating crews, equipment, materials, deliveries, fleet scheduling, andvendor logistics to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment,communicates effectively with field teams and vendors, and has experiencesupporting construction, landscaping, or service operations. Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling Coordinatedaily schedules for landscaping crews and field supervisors Dispatchcrews, trucks, trailers, and equipment to job sites Monitorroute efficiency and adjust schedules as needed Coordinateemergency or weather-related schedule changes Supportmulti-site project logistics across Florida service areas Equipment & Fleet Coordination Trackcompany vehicles, trailers, and equipment utilization Scheduleequipment deliveries, pickups, and maintenance Coordinaterepairs and preventive maintenance with vendors Maintainfleet records, registrations, and service logs Coordinatedeliveries of mulch, plants, irrigation supplies, sod, and hardscapematerials Communicatewith suppliers regarding delivery timing and inventory availability Monitormaterial shortages and assist with procurement requests Verifydelivery tickets and job site inventory accuracy Communication & Administrative Support Serveas liaison between operations managers, field crews, vendors, andcustomers Maintainaccurate scheduling and dispatch records Updatework orders, job status, and service notes in company systems Assistwith permit tracking and project documentation as needed Safety & Compliance SupportDOT and fleet compliance documentation Assistwith maintaining driver files and vehicle inspections Ensurecrews receive updated jobsite and safety information Qualifications Required 2+years of logistics, dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordinationexperience Strongorganizational and multitasking skills Abilityto work in a fast-paced contractor environment Excellentcommunication and problem-solving abilities Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Validdriver’s license Preferred Experiencein landscaping, construction, field services, or transportation industries Knowledgeof fleet management and dispatching systems Familiaritywith Florida roadway and service areas Experiencewith Aspire, LMN, ServiceTitan, or similar operations software Key Skills Dispatchcoordination Routeplanning Materialtracking Timemanagement Problemsolving Customerservice Operationssupport Performance Expectations Maintainefficient crew and equipment scheduling Reducedowntime and delivery delays Improvecommunication between field and office teams Ensuretimely material and equipment availability Supporton-time project completion Fast-pacedoffice and operations environment Frequentcommunication with field personnel and vendors Mayrequire early morning scheduling coordination during peak season #J-18808-Ljbffr
