Top Pay & Benefits: \n

• Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split
\n
• Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
\n
• Typical schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off
\n
• 4,100 - 4,500 planned weekly miles
\n
• Full health insurance benefits available on day one

What to Expect: \n

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Do You Have What It Takes?\n

\n
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license
\n
• Must have 1 -3 months of experience
\n
• Be a member of a pre-made team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position
\n
• Be at least 21 years of age
\n
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
\n
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
\n
• Not required to apply, but must be acquired
\n
• XPO offers a $500 hazmat endorsement reimbursement, per driver
\n
