**Powder Coater - $24/Hour - 4 Day Week!**

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincoln, NE. This role focuses on preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform powder coating on metal components
• Prep parts by sanding, grinding, masking, and hanging
• Operate spray guns and coating equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements
• Load and unload parts from racks and ovens
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in powder coating or industrial painting
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience with hand tools and basic prep equipment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing
• Knowledge of curing ovens and coating thickness standards

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
