General Requirements Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts. Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction Prepare strategic plans for project success. Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned project Manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of work Lead multidisciplinary teams through a project’s conception to its completion Perform design and detailing on architectural projects Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and or consultants through all project phases Review documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams Perform QA/QC and technical reviews Coordinate architectural specifications Manage with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strive to achieve sDC processes and protocols Technical Skills: Level 5 A person with a Level 5 skillset can say with confidence that they can successfully execute and teach the Technical Responsibilities for this position for the entirety of a project .
