Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Full-Time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) covering both Taylorville Care Center and Montgomery Nursing and Rehab Center supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facilities where your expertise makes a daily impact.
