QA Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Maintain and support food safety and quality management systems, including SQF and HACCP programs. Coordinate daily quality assurance activities and support sanitation operations. Assist with internal and external audits, documentation, corrective actions, and follow-up activities. Review and maintain production records, quality documentation, and related reports. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and food safety requirements. Maintain documentation related to product specifications, supplier approvals, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Support the implementation of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production and management teams to address quality concerns and maintain operational standards. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and readiness for customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety within the food industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred. SQF and HACCP certifications required. PCQI certification is a plus. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality systems, sanitation procedures, and audit requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
