Strategic Workforce Development Advisor

The Seattle Fire Department is seeking a regular, full-time Workforce Development Advisor to join the Human Resources Division. This role will develop programs to support employment pathways from outreach to hire to promotion in alignment with the Seattle Fire Department’s workforce equity plan; provide strategic thinking on employee career development activities, succession planning, and recruitment; and evaluate existing programs related to selection and career development, proposing policy #J-18808-Ljbffr City-of-Seattle
