This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. With proper experience our Assistants and General Managers earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay, possible vacation pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.
