Responsibilities Execute day-to-day culinary operations with a focus on precision and efficiency. Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in food preparation. Assist in the creation and development of menu items to deliver a memorable dining experience. Standardize recipes and plate presentations to align with Jag’s fine dining standards. Work closely with management to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a positive attitude while demonstrating teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities. Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Qualifications Required Team player with strong collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of professional cooking techniques and knife handling. Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling policies. Physical ability to stand, bend, and maintain mobility for up to 8 hours, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Evening and weekend availability required. Must be at least 17 years of age. Experience in high-volume restaurants and culinary training is a plus.
