Located in the heart of New Orleans' Central Business District just two blocks from the French Quarter's world-famous dining and music, and minutes from the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Mississippi Riverfront you'll be working right in the center of the city's best culture.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who genuinely loves taking care of people and wants to be part of a team where exceptional service, teamwork, and personal growth matter. What You'll Do?

The front desk isn't simply about checking people in and out. It's about recognizing what a guest needs before they ask, turning a frustrating situation into a great memory, and making people feel like they are in good hands. As one of the most important faces of the hotel, you will:

• Deliver Great Service: Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine approach, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and offer expert local tips on navigating New Orleans.
• Manage Operations: Process reservations, manage room assignments, handle billing and payment processing accurately, and process special guest requests.
• Support Hotel Sales & Revenue: Upsell room categories, promote on-site amenities, and spot business leadslike group bookings, events, or corporate travelto pass along to our Sales department.
• Solve Problems & Team Up: Take ownership of guest concerns to find quick solutions, while coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and our restaurant team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Are detail-oriented and comfortable using computers and learning new software
