Project Manager

The Project Manager I will manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing budgets, financials, schedules, client relationships, safety, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate has significant cast-in-place (CIP) and self-perform concrete experience, strong financial acumen, and the drive and leadership potential to grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion Develop and manage detailed project budgets, cost codes, and financials Track costs, cash flow, forecasting, and profitability Manage project schedules and performance Work closely with Superintendents, field leadership, and accounting teams Serve as a primary client contact Oversee project teams and direct reports Manage project documentation, safety, and risk Identify and proactively resolve project issues Utilize Excel and company-specific project management/financial systems Must-Have Requirements Self-perform concrete construction experience required Understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and field operations Experience with terms such as: Full-cycle concrete construction Ability to identify and address concrete quality issues, including honeycombing/air pockets Candidates should have hands-on understanding of the concrete construction process, including pouring and finishing—not simply experience managing subcontractors #J-18808-Ljbffr Aperture Group
