About This Role
We're looking for a caring, energetic Teacher who enjoys helping young children learn and grow. You'll create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom while working closely with children, families, and fellow teachers.
What You'll Do Duties:- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities.
- Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
- Work as part of a team and provide guidance to assistant teachers.
- Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements.
- Maintain classroom records and participate in ongoing professional development.
- A genuine passion for working with young children; childcare or early childhood education experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of child development.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
