Proven experience in business validation testing or a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques. Proficiency with testing tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and test management platforms. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and document findings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry. Advanced certifications in business analysis or quality assurance (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB). Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive business validation test plans and test cases.
