You will join a Sales team in full acceleration, at the heart of Orus's strategic development. Your role: to transform each opportunity into success, learn fast, sell better, and lay the foundations of a scalable sales model.

The compensation offered for this position: 36K in fixed + 12K variable uncapped + BSPCE

Your missions:

• Transform incoming leads into satisfied clients, with autonomy, intelligence, and method
• Understand and analyze the needs of prospects to offer them concrete, personalized, and high-added-value solutions
• Lead the sales cycle from A to Z: qualification, discovery, demonstration, closing
• Work hand in hand with the Product, Care, and Assurance teams to offer a seamless customer experience
• Analyze your pipe, follow your KPIs, and test innovative approaches to maximize impact
• Collect feedback from the field to evolve the product and processes
• Actively participate in the creation of our Sales Playbook, sharing your ideas and learnings

Profile sought:

• You are curious, motivated, and ambitious, with a true taste for sales and human relationships
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and you know how to bounce back with energy and a smile
• You think as much as you do: analysis, strategy, and execution go hand in hand for you
• You are sensitive to our mission: simplifying insurance for professionals and independents
• You are looking for an environment where you learn fast, move forward together, and value ideas
• You are a recent graduate from a business school or equivalent, or you have first experience in sales or not: your potential counts more than your CV
