Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 3000 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy Job Details: • 8-10 hour flexible day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM • 40 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week contract • No weekend or holiday requirements • No float requirements • No on-call or call back requirements • See 8-10 patients per 8-hour day in a busy outpatient rural clinic setting • Treat a wide variety of conditions including mixed orthopedics, some neurology, and all age ranges (no pediatrics beyond basic orthopedic cases) • Master's degree or DPT required • Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license • Epic charting experience preferred • General PT and orthopedic skills required • Business casual attire required • Must be able to work independently, manage tasks in a timely manner, and adapt well to change • Contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility Facility: This outpatient clinic operates as a busy rural healthcare facility offering a broad range of physical therapy services to the surrounding community.
