Summary:

Shake things up as a Bartender at Great Escape in Tall Tales or Hurricane Grill & Wings! If you have a passion for creating delicious drinks and providing exceptional guest service, this is the role for you. Get ready to mix up a storm and be part of the fun!

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient bar service, ensuring guests feel welcome and attended to.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events.
• Adhere to all house rules, policies, and safety standards.

• Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Handle guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have knowledge of bar procedures and drink recipes.
• Must be knowledgeable of New York State liquor laws.
• Must be able to identify signs of intoxication.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.

• Pay Rate: $10.85-$13.00/hr + tips
