Role Description DeBee, Clark & Weber, PLLC is seeking a full-time attorney with zero (0) to five (5) years’ experience to join our tax-exempt organizations practice area. The attorney will work with nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of organizational, governance, tax, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities will include legal research and analysis; drafting and reviewing corporate and governance documents, contracts, policies, and other agreements; assisting clients with entity formation, tax-exempt status, and ongoing federal and state compliance; advising on nonprofit governance and board matters; and assisting with matters involving charitable solicitation, lobbying, and other issues affecting tax-exempt organizations. Qualifications Experience with tax-exempt entities (other than volunteer experience) or related practice areas is preferred. Proficiency in legal Research, including statutory, regulatory, and case law analysis. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility for admission) in Oklahoma. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
