PACE Medical Director Opportunity | Rohnert Park, California

Join a growing, mission-driven nonprofit PACE organization dedicated to helping older adults remain safely and independently in their homes. This Medical Director opportunity in beautiful Rohnert Park offers a unique leadership-focused role with approximately 90% administrative and 10% clinical responsibilities, a strong compensation package, and the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of a community-based geriatric care program.

Opportunity Highlights

• Approximately 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative allowing you dedicated time for physician leadership while remaining connected to patient care.
• Serve as the primary physician leader for a growing PACE program, working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary care team.
• Opportunity to help build clinical workflows, recruit providers, improve processes, and shape the program as it continues to expand across Sonoma and Marin Counties.
• Earn 350,000 annually with 310,000 starting salary and up to 40,000 in annual quality-based incentives.
