As a Customer Service Representative based in the United States, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will work closely with various internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and billing to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
