Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Land Development Administrator to assist with administrative and land development/approval/entitlement responsibilities in our office located in Grapevine, Texas.

This position is on-site five days per week. The Land Development Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities in support of land development operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Performing a variety of administrative tasks for the Land Development Department to include maintaining calendar & scheduling appointments; preparing letters of credit, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, & other documents; answering telephone inquiries; greeting visitors; processing permits; maintaining files & records; purchasing office supplies & equipment; processing incoming & outgoing mail; overbudget report review
• Updating & maintaining accurate project development budgets at the direction of the Land Development Manager
• Invoice coding, & processing
• Production of contracts, purchase orders, change orders & contract Exhibit B's (in Excel) at the direction of the Land Development Manager
• Ensuring that signing limit protocols are followed for all contracts, purchase orders, change orders, & invoices
• Supporting and enforcing all company standards including those mandated by internal audit
• Preparing monthly Concur expense reports
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Running monthly vendor insurance reports
• Running weekly over budget reports and distributing to appropriate manager
• All other duties as assigned

• Technical Knowledge:
  • Scheduling Software: Beginner
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Beginner

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • 1+ year of general administrative experience
  • Written communication, verbal communication, & mathematical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel/Word
  • Simple accounting or construction-related math
  • Willingness to learn how to use Google Earth & Microsoft Project
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Willingness to contribute in a cross-functional team environment, with many members, diverse skills, and changing priorities
• Preferred:
  • Development/Construction Admin Experience
  • Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience
