Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Meet with homebuyers and understand their needs and goals
Show homes and guide buyers through the purchase process
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Support clients from consultation through closing
Follow up with leads and appointments using CRM and sales systems
Manage your pipeline, calendar, and client follow-ups
Deliver excellent service that builds referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:

Active Virginia Real Estate License
Full-time commitment to real estate
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
Organized, dependable, and accountable
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
